Barber: Three Generations brings together three artists from one family, each approaching the landscape through his own eye, memory, and sense of place. John Barber will paint an original skipjack scene in the Chesapeake Bay, honoring the region’s maritime character. Joshua Barber will share landscapes inspired by his recent travels through Crete, Germany, and Holland. Yoshitaka Barber, making his public art show debut, will paint landscapes that move him visually, responding to the forms, light, and atmosphere that capture his attention.
